嘉宾介绍：
He has a master's in economics from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles and his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chicago Bank for 2 years and have been a professor of economics at Macalester College in St. Paul , Minnesota for many years. He hold an endowed professorship in his department and is the Edward J. Noble Professor of Economics. He had been the department chairman for 10 years. He won both the major awards that the institution gives out each year; the Thomas Jefferson Award for overall services to the College and the Excellence in Teaching Award. He has been very active in college governance matters and have served on many major committees. His research papers have appeared in prestigious journals and as book chapters in important edited volumes published by major academic presses.
